Valerie is Head of Investor Relations Relations & Operations at Apposite Capital, a private equity firm focused on Healthcare. She is responsible for the firm’s marketing, fundraising and investor relations activities as well as the firm’s operations. Before joining Apposite Capital in 2008, Valerie was an Associate Director at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a leading international communications consultancy firm, where she advised clients on financial transactions, including private fundraisings, IPOs and M&As, as well as crisis communications. Valerie holds a masters degree in Business and a first degree in Biology.

Mr Cunningham has overall responsibility for all matters relating to accounting, financial control, taxation, fund administration and reporting and regulatory compliance for the Helios group entities. With 32 years in the finance industry, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Barclays Private Equity (“BPE”) for six years. He was Director, Head of Finance & Product Control Projects at Barclays Capital. He is Chairman of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (“IPEV”) Board. He also worked at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney in 1989.

Andrew Harrison

Andrew joined Silverfleet in 2017 as Head of Investor Relations. Previously, Andrew spent over 12 years at Credit Suisse, latterly as a member of the firm’s Private Fund Group (“PFG”). During his time in the PFG, Andrew raised capital for a number of buyout, energy, credit and infrastructure investment strategies including Silverfleet’s second independent fund. Most recently, Andrew was responsible for the PFG’s origination and due diligence activities across Europe and Asia. Andrew has a degree in Computer Science and Management Science from The University of Edinburgh, and holds an MBA from Imperial College London.

Ms. Dörte Höppner joined Riverside in 2017 bringing extensive experience in European private equity. At Riverside she serves a multifaceted role to lead initiatives in Europe and work closely with the Global Talent Management and Fundraising & Investor Relations teams. Ms. Höppner came to Riverside from P+P, a leading German law firm. Prior to that, Ms. Höppner was Chief Executive and Secretary General at Invest Europe and Managing Director at the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Ms. Höppner began her career in financial journalism and communications. Ms. Höppner earned her diploma in economics from the Freie Universität Berlin.

Lincoln Jopp

Lincoln is a partner at the private equity firm Disruptive Capital Finance. A former career soldier, he has served on two plc boards and those of a number of privately owned companies including and REG, the regulatory compliance company for the insurance industry. He is also a director of the disruptive pensions consolidator The Pension SuperFund. Lincoln has a particular interest in people, technology, the monetisation of data, artificial intelligence and strategic communications.

Jeremy Lytle

Jeremy is ECI’s Investor Relations Partner with primary responsibility for all of ECI’s Limited Partners and fundraising. Over the past 12 years he has led three fundraisings for ECI’s buyout funds: ECI 9 (2008), ECI 10 (2014) & ECI 11 (2018) with a combined value of £1.7bn. He joined ECI in 2007 having been Chief Operating Officer at FM Capital Management, a hedge fund manager and previously spent seven years with Cazenove & Co and Cazenove Capital. Jeremy is the former Chairman of the BVCA’s RI Advisory Group & has been a member of the BVCA IR Group since 2011.

Debojit Mukherjee is Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Responsible Investment Committee at Agilitas Private Equity, the pan-European mid-market private equity firm which invests in defensible businesses with opportunities for significant step changes. Agilitas has a patient, sector-focused approach to investing and a strong track-record of dramatically transforming and growing companies. Debojit has held positions as both COO and CFO at private equity firms in London since 2009, holds a BSc in Economics from University College London and is a fellow of the ICAEW. He speaks English and Bengali.
